The perfect place to stay!
Casa Jardin had everything I look for in a vacation rental. It was somewhere between a hotel and airbnb, kind of like an upscale motel. It very well stocked with everything you could need from sleep masks to coffee and tea, very clean, with parking spots, and in a great location walking distance to parks and restaurants. I saw that some of the other rooms were a lot smaller than mine so it seems there is variation in size, but my room was very spacious for being just one person. Would absolutely come back!

This location is ideal. Just a few blocks away from State Street and all of the restaurants and shops there, plus very easy access to the freeway if you're going a little farther afield. This was the third time we've stayed there and I know we will be back.

Clean and modern
Very comfortable stay with a firm (but not too firm) mattress. Easiest check in and out process ever. Had to contact the host twice, and both times I received prompt responses. Parking was easy in the back. Great location (close to downtown). We appreciate how there was a sound machine in the unit!

Had an amazing stay here, even though it was just for one night. Got here right at check-in, unpacked, then drove to Solvang and back to SB for really good noodles. The next morning went horseback riding nearby. The stay itself was awesome. Very clean and exactly as described. Modern decor, nice tv, extremely comfortable bed, and even has a bathtub. It’s located near downtown, but just outside the crowds, so it still feels secluded and safe. Would definitely come back!

A comfortable and super clean place! We were able to find adequate parking throughout the afternoon and night. Our host was also super responsive as well and was gracious enough to let us park in the lot earlier than check-in since we were coming in on a road trip. Location was a huge plus—we were within walking distance to State Street which is the main way we got around. This came in handy for New Year’s Eve since we were able to hop over to the Granada Theatre for a concert and hit up a few bars and breweries without driving!

Comfy and Cute
Such a comfy bed and very clean place. The bathroom was a great size. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided which is always a plus! They communicated so well and check in was a breeze! The area is quiet and calm. So close to state st. Was able to walk to dinner and back! Definitely will be coming back.

Great stay! Very clean, modern, and cozy. Convenient location with all necessary. Heard a few footsteps above us and communicated to Zipstay. We received immediate response and noticed noise reduction the same night. That was a 30-60 second delay to get in the door but it wasn’t an issue. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location, loved that there was plenty of parking, felt safe in the neighborhood. So close to everything I needed access to. Appreciated the amenities in the room, especially the oil wipe pads as I def had tar on my feet after a beach visit. If you don’t mind your neighbors above you walking around, it’s a nice little place for a weekend getaway!

Great location - modern amenities - affordable price
Walking distance from State Street and the heart of Santa Barbara, this property was perfect for our recent 2-night stay. Modern, spacious bathroom and shower, comfortable king sized platform bed, and yummy Nespresso each morning made for a relaxing and stress-free travel experience.

Amazing experience
The stay was amazing! It felt like we walked into an upscale apartment unit. The decor was spot on and exactly as the pictures had shown. I was 5 mins from the beach (driving) and two blocks from all the stores and eateries in Downtown Santa Barbara. The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked very well, not to mention all the amenities (coffee maker, utensils, microwave, bowls, plates, mini fridge, glasses, free parking and not to mention the Smart TV in the unit rooms). I will definitely be back and booking a room here again. I’m hoping management does not up the prices cause this place is a steal and affordable for a mini vacation.

This place is amazing. So close to Funk Town, beach, downtown, mission area. We walked everywhere or had short drives. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. The room is awesome, very cozy and exactly what you need. The bed is super comfortable, there was great coffee in the room, and they had a great TV, shower, etc. they we’re very responsive and allowed us to stay parked a couple hours past checkout to grab lunch. Overall we highly recommend this place, and will return next time we’re in Santa Barbara!

TV worked for a minute or two, and then it went out and never came back. We tried many times to unplug the power and all devices in La La La, but it never worked. The shower had only one temperature: very hot. There was no adjustment to the temperature. At night, there are several annoying lights from the smoke detector and something else that are kind of annoying. Location and room were great, just what we expected.

This private rental is located just a short walk from State St in beautiful Downtown Santa Barbara. The apartment is tastefully decorated in a minimalistic style, with a focus on comfort and convenience. The apartment features a Nespresso machine, a mini fridge, a king-size bed, smart TV, WiFi, and private parking, all of which make for a super comfortable stay. One of the standout features of this rental is its location. The apartment is situated in an epic location, just a short walk from some of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping in Santa Barbara. The area is also very safe and peaceful, which makes for a great retreat after a day of exploring. Another notable aspect of this rental is the attentive customer service provided by the staff. During my stay, I had an issue that needed to be addressed, and the staff was prompt and effective in their communication. They had the issue fixed within an hour, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Jardin - Unit 8 to anyone looking for a private rental in Santa Barbara. The location, amenities, and customer service make for a super nice stay, and the minimalistic design adds to the overall sense of relaxation and tranquility.
