Great location near downtown SB
Our family enjoyed our stay and liked having room to spread out with separate bedrooms and bathrooms from our kids. Very convenient with downtown SB and a beautiful park within walking distance. Clean and modern. Appreciated the board games, as well as the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

Very good value. Location is excellent. A couple of blocks from state street where lots of good restaurants. Close to Santa Barbara art museum. Place looks like pictures in the website, clean, modern. 4 Tesla chargers which is convenient. Good kitchen supplies and new appliances.

This was my best AirBnB stay to date. The descriptions were accurate and there were no misleading photos to hide the size of the place. Parking in SB can be a pain, but the parking area unexpectedly nice. My overall favorite takeaway was the communication. It was the perfect balance of hands-off and provided information. I would definitely recommend.

2 Bedroom Suite
This unit was well equipped with wonderful appliances. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient tableware and there were spices and cooking oil etc. (although we did minimal cooking). We found the door lock a little challenging but eventually got it figured out! The contact personnel were patient in explaining how to access the keypad. The location is close to State Street so we could walk easily for dinner and to a concert. We were happy to find this sweet little hotel!

This is a very upscale property. Beautifully decorated fully equipped right down to the Nespresso coffee maker and pods. They think of everything! It just a beautiful suite with a high end hotel feel to it. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Marble countertops. Lovely dishes and glasses. Washer and dryer. The staff is just a text away and VERY attentive. I truly mean this is a 5 star property. I would recommend it to anyone especially couples. Suite 13 is outstanding!

Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We had a little trouble figuring out the thermostat as it was off when we arrived and very cold, but other than that, the condo was perfect for our needs. My stay in Santa Barbara was nearly perfect at this little apartment. The check-in was easily explained, zipstay was very responsive when I had questions and I was able to follow the links for the pet deposit. The location of this unit is very convenient to get to state street where there are several restaurants and bars. You could walk if you wanted to be ambitious. The beds were very comfy as well. We also probably could have walked to the concert we attended at the Santa Barbara Bowl because the parking we found was almost as far away as this unit. Overall a great stay!

Our stay at Casa Jardin #13 was wonderful. It's in a great location a few blocks away from State Street. Parking on the premises was very convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you will need from spices to a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. The place was super clean with a stylish minimalist décor that made for a relaxing stay. We will definitely return.

Like brand new apartment near State Street
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It appeared as if we were the first people to stay there but I know we weren’t. The apartment is within walking distance to State Street and the Santa Barbara Bowl. This place is smartly decorated, immaculate and comfortable. The only criticism is the ice. The ice cube trays are these tiny round cubes that are difficult to get out of the tray. More and bigger ice would be nice! Overall, though, fantastic!

I am thrilled to have stayed here. This place was aesthetically pleasing, the host was very responsive, and house keeping was friendly. This place is located just a few blocks from State St, so you can easily walk to explore town, but are still in a quiet/private neighborhood. I was happy to see that they provided extra cleaning supplies (typical hosts are stingy on that) like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, spices, nespresso pods, luxe shower essentials, etc. Very pleased with our stay. I will be considering to stay here next time!

We were pleasantly surprised by this clean and light filled apartment. We even had a view of the mountains from our bedroom windows! Also loved the double shades at all the windows; one for room darkening, and one for light filtering. The mini splits in each room did a good job cooling the rooms independently. Perfect location. Could walk to anything in downtown.

Jardin thought of everything. Bed super comfortable. The decor well put together. Kitchen well equipped to cook. Love the stove, sink refrigerator. And Coffee maker. Washer/dryer. Everything is modern. Bathroom super nice. Very upscale. Love it Love it!

Beautiful condo and perfect for 2 couples or a family. Great location as we were able to walk easily to State Street and to the Santa Barbara Bowl. Very clean and looks like it has been newly remodeled. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic Experience
An absolutely beautiful two bedroom unit close to downtown. We loved the attention to details, with new appliances, comfortable beds and overall a beautiful place to spend time in. My wife made the comment, if we could move in for the entire summer!! Checkin and checkout was a breeze. No hidden fees, costs or anything. Extremely clean. All our desired restaurants were less than a mile away. Very quite. 3 TVs, washer / dryer, two full size bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Thank you Zipstay team. We’ll be back!!!

Excellent location and facility
The Casa Jardin is a beautifully renovated building with really nice suites and easy onsite parking. The location is really great and walkable to downtown restaurants and breweries. Will recommend to friends and family.
