- Self-Check-In. The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.

- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)
- Unit is accessed through the front of the building and shares an indoor lobby with another studio unit (unit #1). This unit is completely private with its own locked entry and access to shared laundry facilities. Facilities are shared among only the 3 front studios.
